Open Mic at the San Jose Improv San Jose Concert reviews
my day at the circus
I went to the San Jose Improv Open Mic on Sunday, April 15th. The weather was cold and horrible. My experience as a handicapped person at the circus was less than favorable, this being my 1st visit. Throughout the whole show, I was freezing as I was placed right in front of the tent opening. When I asked if my guest and I could be seated somewhere less cold, we were refused. After the show, it was raining and windy, so my companion went to bring the car closer to the door. We were not allowed to leave due to the incoming lines for the next show. The staff was not accommodating at all, and we had to ask people to step aside to make our way out. I have been coming to this circus for over 20 years, and I was really disappointed by how people with disabilities are treated.
